Get the 1600, not 1600X, the H60 is worse than air coolers for the same price, why 2 SSDs, and I think you can get better PSUs for the price.

What are you planning to do with the build?

Why not 1600x? Should i water cool or air cool? (Also trying to go for the looks), 2 ssd 1 for boot up 1 for game storage, also trying to get full modular psu. Trying to play max settings 1080p games (trying to keep the pc for awhile)

Just keep to a single SSD for the O/S and games. A Crucial MX300 1TB for example might not be much more than the price of the 2 Samsung SSD's.

Something like a Cryorig H7 would be fine if you wanted an aftermarket cooler.

The Seasonic Focus Gold is a nice psu if it is available to you. It should be similar in price to units such as the EVGA G2/G3 etc.

Are you in the USA ?

The 1600 costs less, and has the same performance when overclocked. Just the silicon lottery making the difference.

At 120mm, air coolers that cost the same perform better, in terms of temperature and noise. For aesthetics, that's up to you, but imo, 120 and 140mm water coolers look unnecessary.

You can just use a single SSD for both boot and game storage. It's not like it affects game performance.

You can get fully modular PSUs that are better for around the same price. 550W is also plenty for the system. 450W would also be plenty.

You have the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold in various wattages, the EVGA G3 and P2, and the Seasonic Prime Gold.

All of those are fully modular, as good or better, some are cheaper.

1080p maxed at 60, 144 or 240 Hz?

:)
