Sudden system instability

So I was using my computer today, watching YouTube and doing my online math homework, when it suddenly crashed. Thinking it was a random fluke, I rebooted and it crashed again about a minute later. I tried removing my overlock settings, booting into both Mac OS and windows, and there was instability everywhere, even in the bios.

I was going to run disk checking, but in windows and Mac OS I never was able to get that

 far. 

 

I have have been looking at temperatures and I am sure it is not related to a damaged liquid cooler or other cooling issues. At this point I am wondering if there is an issue with my power supply (not enough power to cpu?) or perhaps my ram has been damaged in some way. Any other ideas though?

does your bios report PSU voltages? in my old hex core xeon I had a bad PSU which resulted in an unstable OC

All of a sudden the system seems fine again. I will look at the BIOS for voltage readings when I get a chance to shut it down, but it has been running for five hours with no issue.
