Windows 10 boot circle freazing

Hi,

A few days ago i started having an issue where after i turn on my pc the windows 10 loading dots stop spinning and im stuck at my pre bios screen that has my MSI logo and the buttons i need to press to get into the bios. I have managed to get it into safe mode and it works fine with networking and all. Iv plugged in my install usb and tried start up repair but it says my windows install is corrupt and prompted me to scan. The scan came back clean. It wont let me roll back. I then just reinstalled windows and all was good untill the second time i restart my PC which is when the probolem came back.

I have attached a picture of what my frozen screen looks like.

Im thinking its probs my ssd (samsung 850 pro) but any other suggestions on what i can do would be great.

Thanks

Felix

if you can get in to safe mode run a SSD heath checker.

Intel Xeon X5650 OC'd to 4Ghz  Sapphire R9 290 Vapor X 4GB  |  Vengeance® K70 & M65  W10 Pro
