If your goal is to put in a aftermarket motherboard, you're going to need to be handy with power tools. You'll also need planning and patience. That is a BTX case if I recall correctly.

Nice one, but do you have any suggestions for tight budget builds?

What is the current CPU, RAM (type and speed) and power supply?

No.  Throw it in a dumpster and set that dumpster on fire.

 

If you have access to chlorine trifluoride, please throw that in the dumpster as well to ensure proper incineration has taken place.
