which cpu cooler?

I am looking for a low profile air cooler for a ryzen 5 1600x. I prefer to avoid a tower cooler as im building in a n200 case and have limited room.I am currently using a stock amd wraith spire cooler, ive narrowed it down to these 2

Noctua NH-l12 -$60 + am4 mount bracket $17 (much better cooling supposedly?)

Wait, R5 1600x doesn't come with stock cooler

The N200 is not a small case at all

 

You can get Cryorig H7 which cools much better than the NH-L9x85 and costs less 

Or a BQ Dark Rock 3

 

But if for some reason you have a stock cooler already no need to replace it

the N200 has enough space for a 160mm cooler, what do you mean by limited room? get a cryorig m9a/raijintek aidos or cryorig H7 instead, they're not very big, cost less and perform better.
