Im on a budget and found this build. The card is old but it will run the games I want to play csgo lol and overwatch. I've heard bad things and good things about the mobo. How should I go about purchasing this rig I talked him down to 300. Should I ask to play a game on the rig if not should I decline the purchase

Hell yeah especially if the peripherals come with it . EDIT: as long as it has a cpu :P

Yeah I noticed he did not list a CPU don't know why he would take it out though

I'd ask a lot of questions. Why so few hours? Why's it for sale? What's the CPU?

 

It's an OK deal, but the R9 270 is nothing special and FX CPUs have seen their values tank now that Ryzen 3 is available (and outperforms basically all of them).

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
