Tablet Suggestions?

So I'm looking for an Ideal replacement for my iPad as I am on the move pretty much all time and the iPad just isn't powerful enough and doesn't do the things I need. I ideally want something like the surface Pro as it can play games and runs windows 8 now I know its not built for gaming but I can't anything else in that category that can at that price obviously I'd love to go all out and get myself the Razer Edge. Does anyone have any ideas on a device that can do these things I want work as a portable PC from home yet still play games I mean A laptop would be the best idea but I could really do with a tablet!

Dell Venue 8 Pro is a good choice, as is the MSI winpad.

HAHAHA I'm not thinking straight sorry. The Transformer is good but a little pricey. And it's an convertible just FYI
