Data Recovery

I lost a spinning disk of rust.  Can anyone recommend a data recovery service?  I live in Chicago but am willing to ship.

 

As rules of project management state: Price, Speed, Quality - pick 2.  I pick price and quality.

It doesn't appear to be stated which manufacturer the drive came from, but Seagate does offer Recovery Services, including In-Lab Recovery. If your data can't be successfully recovered, you don't pay.
