Steering Wheel glitch

Hello,

Im pretty sure this isnt the right place to post this, i have a Ferrari 458 Italia steering wheel for the Xbox one today when i was playing F1 2017 on me Xbox one i noticed this glitch i dont know if its the wheels fault or the games fault but when i turn a little bit to the left in any of the straights in any of the race tracks the game pretty much makes my car go full to the wall and i keep crashing into every single wall in every single racetrack, do you know how hard it was for me to finish my China GP?

Increase dead zone, decrease sensitivity 

Or learn so be super smooth, gently turn the wheel very small amounts, wheels are generally quite sensitive even at a low sensitivity.

Have you always had this problem or did it start today?

On top of that I don't play the F1 games but if none of the above works you could try to increase your under-steer a tad which would make your car less sensitive to small motions but may be a kinda tape it back together again solution.

I've had this problem since 2 days but it wasnt severe so i just ignored it and went on with my racing but today it was unbearable the weird thing it doesnt happen in any other game it only happens in F1

Has the game had any updates?

Have a play with the wheel settings, another thing it could be is if you have FFB enabled in the settings it could also cause issues as the 458 Italia does not support it

I really dont know anything about wheel settings thats why i have not been round to it yet and what is FFB?

SInce it only happens in F1 you probably need to change wheel sensitivity and dead zone. I had to do this with FH3 when I got a wheel.

FFB is force feedback, aka when the wheel simulates real driving by kicking back at you whilst you're steering for a more realistic experience but for example on FH3 on PC if you have FFB enabled on a wheel that doesn't support it then when you pass 20/40 mph the front wheels just jiggle side to side uncontrollably

Na i dont have that enabled i am thinking of buying the Thrustmaster TMX steering wheel but i cant find anyone who has it to know if its a good wheel

Does it happen when you turn right too?

And did you try increasing the deadzone and decreasing the sens too

Nope only left i tried increasing and decreasing the deadzone and i dont know what sens means

/Sens = sensitivity but if it only happens turning left then that shouldn't be a problem

Have you tuned the car in the game?

Yep i have softer from springs and increased downforce and the weight is a little bit to the front, and my wheel has 4 sensitivity presets by it self i tried all 4 and the only difference is that when its lower sensitivity it turns left a little less but the disadvantage in that is that i have to turn quite alot for tight corners and in higher sensitivity it just slams into the wall any time i try to turn left in the straights and 1 more thing i forgot to write is that when turning left in normal corners it turns just fine it only happens when going over 200kmh and turning a very tiny amount to the left

Stiffen up your front suspension a tad more than ur back to account for the extra weight to start with 

Then try a run and play with your tune, sounds like a game engine issue
