Hi, i saw that the mentioned version is 50£ and i want to buy it.However i had a few question which i hope can be answered here. At the moment i have Windows 7, if i buy this can i still install win 7 from the disk and key that i have? Is this version of win 8.1 an upgrade or not and is it different to a normal 8.1 pro? Also if i buy this versiom of win 8.1 and change some hardware or evem change my whole system can i still use license to install it on the new machine? Thanks in advance
