Alienware 13 OLED Display Upgrade

Hello people, I am planning to buy an Alienware 13 for my Computer Engineering classes.

When I was customizing the laptop, I noticed that there's an OLED display option. From Linus' Alienware 13 review, he said that the display is beautiful for gaming, but is the difference significant(As it is a $250 upgrade)? Even in other task like editing or watching movies?

Also, is there any opinion or advice from people who already owns an Alienware 13?

My advice is do not buy Dell. I own an Alienware 17 and I have had nothing but problems with it and dell's horrible customer service. I recently sent it in and they flat out lied about what my warranty covers in an attempt to squeeze more money out of me for repairs. I also got a chrome book from them that died after 2 months and they would not fix it even thogh it should have been covered by the warenty (they wanted 250$ to fix a 300$ laptop).

Seconded unless your buying the OLED model at bestbuy and buying bestbuy warranty. I would look at Sager for best spec to price ratio and service otherwise MSI as I haven't ever had a problem with my GS/GE series over the years.

However! if you have heart set on the 13 I would go OLED for sure if you had the money to splurge on it because it is stunning. Black levels on oled are second to none even next to IPS and QLED and its the only trump-card it has over other laptops.
