charging balancer through software?

Hello i had an idea last night my batterieholder frome my vape (rx2/3) can read Batterie voltage But cant Charge them to the Same voltage! Could That be possible just by a New software?

It would depend on the implemented circuitry.  The electronics to read the charge from a power cell is very different to what is required for charging it.  If the holder had the charge circuit, then yes a firmware update could enable charging, however I don't see a manufacturer including that hardware but not the firmware support, so it's probably not possible.

I. Mean i can Charge them in the carryer But not evenly
