Im wanting to upgrade soon and I know I will want more monitors since one monitor is getting slightly annoying, one thing to note is my desktop is it stutters on PUBG and my GPU is at 100% and my CPU is at 50% in most area and my max budget is $1500 and I do edit videos and record videos and in a couple of years I may stream and Im wondering if I should do a complete upgrade or should I get a new GPU and new monitors and a new desk from Ikea or somewhere else that has cheap desk, I will also want to have a bigger area for builds and benchmarking so a bigger desk (58" or bigger and I will be using my current desk for the small part of the L) and I dont need another case for a benchmarking case (I have a old Matx case that I can chop up for one) and I am fine with a HDD for my PC and I also want lots of storage for backups (1tb for games and 500gb for my laptop and 1tb for photos and music) and I dont have a controller for my pc so that would also be good to have for some games I have, so what should I upgrade for a better experience and my specs are in my signature

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Can you setup a current list of what you do have on pcpartpicker? I'd like to see what I salvage and would also like to know if the $1500 budget includes the price of a new monitor/table or whatnot you need

Ok I'll do that right now and yes its all of them too because I want to have a better area for benchmarking

$1500 may be enough for an r5/r7/1060 build but saving up to $2000 or setting aside a table and a monitor that you have already picked out in the budget would be better

That's a waste of storage...Also I doubt op here will need an x370 motherboard.  Saving money isn't a problem  EDIT: also op needs to buy a table an monitor so he can't max out the $1500 budget...

I might do SLI in the long run but right now a single card will be the best option for me

Made 2 changes: different motherboard (same specs except 2 pcie slots) and swapped the m.2 ssd for a regular ssd so you don't have to occupy that slot with a lower bandwidth m.2.  The ssd and the m.2 I swapped were both the crucial mx 300 so there is no data transfer speed difference.

I personally dont need a 500gb SSD and I need to have a backup drive due to me going to have video clips and stuff and I dont want to have my ipad loose all of its stuff because it has lots of important stuff on it, also the EVGA NEX series isnt that good according to the power supply tier list

will do for anything up to threadripper and 1080tis in sli.
