Since it's only been about a week you'll be alright to flush out the fluid and fill with a premix.

Hi guys,

So I built my loop just under a week ago which consists of cpu/gpu and a 360mm Radiator, It has so far only been filled with Mayhems Pure H20 distilled water with no biocide/kill coil or dye and it has been perfect from a performance point of view.

I have been reading up and toying with the notion of draining and filling with a premix (probably Mayhems), now before building my loop the blocks and radiator were thoroughly flushed and cleaned using distilled water so I was wondering if I still needed to re-flush them seeing as it has only had pure distilled water running through the loop and has been built for less than a week. the other alternative is I just stick with the distilled water and add a drop of biocide?

May sound like a silly question but I would rather a second opinion before I do it, would be great if I didn't have to strip the whole lot down after such a short period of time :)

Cheers

Thanks W-L just thought I would ask for a sanity check before I did it :)

Fitting a drain port too while I am draining the system, torn as to which Premix to go for, I am keeping the coolant clear as unless I pull my rig out from my desk you cant actually see it, any reccomendations would be appreciated :)

EKWB Cryofuel and Mayhems X1 are both good options.
