Hi everyone.

I recently built a new pc with old components that I had from previous upgrades. The GTX 960 G1 GAMING 4GB from Gigabyte being one of these. Pretty cool GPU for a modest build. Even in 2017. It puts the 1050 to shame and gives a fair fight to the 1060 3gb

Anyways. When I tried to OC it I couldn't get more than +95 on the clock and + 150 on the mem. Even tought I increased the voltage min and max by 25 mv.

It couldn't finish the fieestrike stress test.

With heaven and Valley it did ok. But only at +95 and +150.

Temps were pretty good. Never going over 60°C at 50% fan speed.

I've seen the same card oc'd to +150 clock and +500 mem. It sure is buit to withstand this oc.

Am I doing something wrong?.Or did I lose the silicon lottery?

CPU: fx 8350 @ stock

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it. :D

1. You have to up the voltage, power limit and temp limit

2. You could have lost the silicon lottery badly. Still that's only 2-4% of frame rates.
