prolly resolution scale

He uses the auto resolution scale putting it at 79% for a 24 in 1080p monitor.

EDIT: It went from auto 79% to auto 141%! That is why, as soon as he changed that it hit 175 easily!

My brother has a 1070 and a 6700k. Overwatch maxed 1080p gets him about 90. According to a giveaway for a Dell pre-built showing an FPS counter in real time, its ryzen 7 1700x and a 1060 6gb gives 135ish fps at 1080p. Is his 6700k a bottleneck? Thanks!

I had higher results with a 480 overclocked, somethings strange here. Is the GPU working at it's intended clocks? Do you have 2X scale activated or something like that?

a 6700k will not bottleneck at 1070, it didn't bottleneck a 980ti either. More than likely somekind of vsync/freesync upper limit lock or its running DSR as others have said, check the NVidia profile setting for overwatch

He uses G-Sync. I will look into it!
