Battery Design Capacity Randomly Increases

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a bit of advice based on the recent behaviour of my laptop battery.

My battery percentage was wildly fluctuating, so I decided to run the battery report and I'm not sure if I should be concerned with what I've found.

 

The Battery Design Capacity randomly reports itself as five times the amount that it should be - (200Wh instead of 40Wh), and from all reports I've read this is a sign that my battery is failing.

However, after a restart, the values all return to normal. As you can see in the screenshot, it's a fairly new battery which hasn't gone through many cycles so I'm not sure what's going on here.
