Lag when holding caps lock

I just got an asus zephyrus and it lags if i hit and last as long as I am holding caps lock. I have already tried deleting and installking the atk and reinstalling windows on Asus's recommendation. They want to rma so if anyone has a solution for this issue it would help save me from having to rma. This doesn't happen with my asus rog gl502vs-db71

check your startup programs, and remove everything that is asus related. then reboot and see if you still have problems
