RADIUS Server Certificate Issue

Ok so previous post:

But now i have narrowed the problem down to the fact that Windows clients only connect if I set both SS CA Certificate and SSL Server Certificate as auto. However, my phone and my Ubuntu machine connect just fine, just a prompt for trusting the certificate. I have tried installing the both the CA Cert under Trusted Root Certification Authorities and the Server Cert in Personal, but that still dont work on the windows machine. Set to auto, however, Windows just prompts me the check the certs, and works perfectly. I would wish to use my own certs, however, and i would like to know why only Windows clients dont work, while my phone and Ubuntu both do.
