DDR2 Upgrade

Hey guys. My parents have an old PC :

 

1. Intel Pentium 4 single core @ 2.66GHz

2. Motherboard model PT880P-8237 (I don't even know the manufacturer)

3. DDR2 RAM 2x512MB @ 533MHz

4. GeForce 7300 LE

5. some 80GB Hard Drive...

 

They mainly just surf around the web, talk on the skype and watch online movies (low quality ofcourse). The OS was Windows XP but I saw that it was a bit laggy for them so I upgraded it to Windows 7 32bit (since I saw that it supports it). It works but it still laggs and the videos are somewhat out of frame (which Is probably because of the gpu). But I saw that the available RAM memory lows down quite a bit (the Used Physical Memory goes above 70%) once they open up a few tabs in Chrome. My question is if I buy them 2x1GB more RAM will it improve the web-browsing and overall performance or would it be just a waste of money?

I have thought about getting this RAM from ebay :

P.S. No need for a rebuild since the PC works fine for their needs. My parents aren't gamers after all. I just want to know if something this cheap can make a good enough improvement.

Honestly, TheSLSAMG says DDR2 is uh.. how do I put this.....

I honestly think you should just rebuild your rig in your case.

Of course it is old fashioned, but as I said it gets the job done. It's just that it's a bit slow at times and I was wondering if it was because of the RAM and will increasing the memory help the computer be faster.

God, replace that dinosaur.  You  can build a system for like 350$ that would be perfect for web browsing

Not an option.
