I got two 24" 1080p displays and a 29" ultrawide 1080p in the middle. I'm not using eyefinity (except when playing Elite: Dangerous) but there's this thing bothering me: both 24" have a bigger display vertically and this causes weird lining up as I move a window towards the lower part.

Is there a software out there that can "resize" the display as if it was a 23"? (I know that 23" have the same height of a 29". I think) Or is there another solution?

you can always mess with UI scaling a bit (or just straight up resolution) but it'll always end up a bit fuzzy.

i'd say its better to move the two 24" panels back just slightly if you want it to make sense height-wise.

I think I'm missing the point, but how could this fix the distorted line up between two screens?

because if things are further away they look smaller, and for the tiny difference you have, it'll only take a small difference in distance to compensate for this.

this is why a 40 inch 1080p TV doesnt look like pixelfest when watching from the couch, just like a 21 inch 1080p display doesnt look like pixelfest when its in a normal position on your desk, but then when you stick a 1080p phone into a google cardboard its defenately pixelfest.

you just want them higher/lower? that's what propper display stands are for man :D

(or some books, in the lack of propper display stands)

EDIT: ps, dont try to adjust them in display settings, you'll take literally forever.

they are already aligned at the top, the bottom is lower for the 24" and this causes what you see in the photo

slide that display thats to the right about an inch or two closer to you, magically, 3D geometry makes it appear like it ligns up to your eyes ;)
