Irma webcam. Need remote help

Hey guys,

 

I'm currently stuck in Irma hurricane with the fams. We are safe. I was just curious if anyone knows why my hd pro webcam c920 is not registering. I can't get it to register remotely. It was working last night but this morning it's not. I can remote in, but I'm afraid I will need to go manually unplug the webcam. 

 

I'm getting "unknown is device (device descriptor request failed).

 

I've tried everything I can Google and do from a phone. Let me know if you have any ideas. 

 

Just want to keep an eye on my house while I'm not there.
