Replace Stock Thermal Paste?

I have an MSI Ghost Pro 002 with stock thermal paste. Will reapplying high quality thermal paste on the CPU and GPU be worth it? And if I were to get the thermal paste changed, I would rather take it into my local computer shop since some parts on my laptop have the annoying plastic "Snap" pieces.

Paying someone else to do it and get the small improvement in performance may not be worth it unless you have friends or a store willing to do it for around $20 usd

No, don't change the thermal paste. Why do you want to change it anyway? The stock paste is no different than the high end stuff unless you're using liquid metal.
