ASRock taichi x370 posting error code 62

So just put together a new build with:

X370 taichi

R7 1700

Gskill flair x F4-3200C14D-16GFX

Noctua d15 evga 1300 watt psu

Samsung evo 960

It boots sometimes but more often than not it gives me error code 62 and no post. Then If fiddle with it turn it on and off clear cmos and eventually I get it to post but I'm trying to at least be able to boot into the bios consistently to try over clockingthe cpu and ram. Has anyo okne else had this problem or maybe know some troubleshooting steps for this

Google?

Manual?

I have I know error code 62 is a chipset

Raising the voltage of the soc

I've tried a few fixes a found reseating the ram

Changing the ram timing and clock speed

but so far nothing has worked consistently.

I'm just trying to see if anyone here has had the same problem and if they could enlighten me as to what they did.

The RMA, could be faulty piece

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

Hey man I actually have the same problem. Ryzen 1700x and the taichi mobo. It worked for a day installed windows everything ran fine than boom shut down tried to boot it back up and everything runs but the code 62 keeps displaying. Did everything possible to fix it. Going to call asrock tomorrow but I was wondering if they had helped you or found a solution. Thanks.

Check if you tightened your cooler too much. Try loosening the screws more, don't screw it as much as you can, just enough so you don't have to put a lot of effort into screwing it in place. The cooler should not be able to move anymore though.

My cooler was tightened too much and I got error 62. After loosening the screws a bit my pc booted.
