Chrome desync after closing

hello so im having an Issue with google chrome, everytime I reopen the browser with my google account the websites doesnt auto sign in like before, also when I reopen my google account desync so I have to sign it in again, checked the cookies and theyre enabled, auto signin is also enabled, tried signing out then in again, reinstalling chrome and my account still get desync after closing the browser. right now I have no idea whats going on.
