I want to build a new computer but my parents want to know if all of these parts will fit and work properly.

Cpu: Intel core I5-7500, Boxed

Cpu cooler: Coolermaster 212 Led (12mm fan)

Motherboard: Asus Strix B250F gaming

Case: NZXT S340 Elite white, tempered glass

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB(2x8gb), 2400mhz, cl16

Graphics card: Asus ROG Strix Geforce GTX 1060 OC 6GB

Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD

PSU: Corsair CS650M, 650W

Extra case fan: CoolerMaster MasterFan 140mm, Air Pressure, RGB

I will use it for gaming and school. Especially 1080p gaming (maybe 2k gaming in the future).

Yes, but don't get a i5-7500 when the R5 processors exist. I recommend getting a R5 1600 with a B350 motherboard and overclocking it with the included stock cooler.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Spoiler

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K - 4.5 GHz | Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO | RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 | SSD: Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB | GPU: MSI GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6GB | PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 | Case: NZXT Phantom 530 | Cooling: CRYORIG R1 Ultimate | Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q | Peripherals: Corsair Vengeance K70 and Razer DeathAdder

Also coffee lake should definitely reorganise the standings by introducing much lower cost quad cores, and moving i5s to hexa cores

PCPartPicker.com is a great tool for assembling a build list. It will provide an estimate of psu requirements and does some basic compatibility checking You can use the [bb] button on the build list page to cut and paste a formatted list here.

The cpu listed includes an Intel cooler. Little point in getting something else.

The case includes two fans. They should be sufficient for this build.

A better psu would be a good idea.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
