ryzen provides nice value for price currently, so probably you wont regret switching to ryzen..maybe you can change to r7 1700 & add gtx 1080 ti instead of 1080. its up to you what satisfies you..but get a good cooler example noctual d15 , cryroig r1 ultimate , dark rock 3 pro are few good air coolers if you dont want aio. if you like aio get something corsair h100i , coolermaster master liquid pro 280,  nzxt kraken , deepcool captain ex 240 etc.
