Crossfire doesn't work after MBO bios flash

Holla

So I have

MBO: Asus Maximus VI Formula
CPU: Intel I5 4670K
Cooler: Corsair H110
GPU: Crossfire Asus R9 280X DC2T
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 2133 MHZ
PSU: CoolerMaster Vanguard 850W

Yesterday everything was working fine. I checked Asus page for new bios and new one was there 1102. I flashed it using Ai Suite III ( Using EZ update ).

After successful flash reboot was needed. And BAM, windows didn't wanna start up. Tried lot of things, didn't work, so I installed new Win 7 64.

Crossfire doesn't work since that flash. Everything is installed way it was yesterday, but for some reason second card doesn't show any GPU usage, temps are constantly at 30 C.

I swapped cards, tried each one on it's own, tried in second pcie line. No clue what to do anymore.

I reinstalled drivers.

Can you suggest anything ?

Re-flash the BIOS back to the older version or do a fresh install and reconfigure Crossfire. You can also try clearing your CMOS and re-configuring CrossFire.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
