LED LIGHTS FOR VIDEO!!

Hey everyone!!  I just have been so confused lately on video lights.  I have all of my other gear purchased, camera, tripods, mics, etc.  Literally everything to begin filming, EXCEPT..... Lights!  I definitely will be going the LED route for longevity and heat.  I was looking for some advice on which brand to get, how many lights to get etc.  This will be for YouTube and any other projects I may have.  These will be used indoors, and will be used sometimes for photography.  I was wondering opinions on Fovitec Pro lights.  2 LED panels would be about $500.  Or I have been looking at lights from Aputure which would be closer to $500-$600 per light.  I'm a beginner so I don't need lights over $1000, but I would like to get the best ones for around $500-$700.  Any info would be amazing! and thank you in advance for any help.
