Terrible audio stuttering

I'm getting some horrbily irritating audio stutters, and I am close to destroying everything computer related that I own.

LatencyMon say I should disable CPU Throtling in control panel (?), and storahchi.sys - MS AHCI Storport Miniport Driver has a 31ms execution time. What gives, and why can't I find a Windows 10 64Bit driver for this AHCI driver? I can only find a Windows Server 2003/8 driver for Xeon processors.

Found out what my problem was, was some bad SATA ports on my motherboard that caused the issue.

Yes, since the MS AHCI Storport Miniport Driver is related to storage stuff, I figured the problem is either a failing hard drive, which didn't make any sense what so ever, and my next logical thought before I binned the PC was to switch SATA ports. And then it was all good.

 

Also worth noting that my CPU cooler short circtuited some weeks ago, and this problem came shortly after. Therefor the next logical step for my troubleshooting was to switch some ports, that might have been affected by the short circuit I experienced. Took me a while to figure out haha
