i would say it depends on price difference.. and your specific usage outside gaming

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

For the price it's not matter and I will use it almost for gaming what do you think the FHD with 144 Hz or UHD with 60 Hz

For gaming, higher refresh rates is always better than higher resolution IMO

 

Go for FHD 144Hz
