I ran into an issue uninstalling my canon mf8200c printer drivers. It wouldn't uninstall since I had jobs pending and I tried removing the jobs the normal way. Didn't work.

I then tried simply stopping the print spooler service then uninstalling only to have my memory maxed out the deldrv.exe process eating up all the ram that was avaliable.

Ended it and tried again same result.

The final fix was going to "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" deleting it's contents then starting the print spooler service again.

I'm writing this here as I couldn't find a fix for my problem through google and it might help others with the same problem.
