Halp. Enabling Discord 2FA doesn't work!

Go to solution Solved by AlTech,

So, I contacted Discord and they suggested that I disable 2FA. I turned off 2FA on all accounts using 2FA. Uninstalled the authenticator app and re-installed it.

I then borrowed somebody's phone to disable the 2FA requirement for the important thing and I turned off 2FA on the person's phone.

And then I re-enabled 2FA using my phone and it worked.

I don't know what could have caused this but it looks like it might have been an issue with the authenticator app but it's now fixed -_-.....

So, I'm  in a really bad situation.

Yesterday I tried to use Discord 2FA and generated codes. Discord didn't accept the codes and so I went to discord and disabled 2FA using my backup Codes.

The problem now is that I can't re-enable 2FA on Discord.

Client: Discord App 0.0.298 on Windows

OS: Windows 10 Build 15063.540

Edition: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit

2FA App: Microsoft Authenticator - By the way, this works for me for everything other than Discord. It even works with Google 2FA and I use it to login to LTT with LTT 2FA with no problems.

Issue:

Please see below video.

Discord basically does nothing once I click the Activate button when the code should be correct.......

I really need to re-enable 2FA due to requiring it for something important.

if you have any suggestions for how to fix this then please leave it below.

Tried re-installing Discord.  Tried syncing time on Phone and Desktop. Tried getting the 2FA code several times. I really don't know what's going on but I need a solution.

Thanks.
