Rog adaptive voltage

It's been a while since I've overclocked and I forgot how to set the adaptive voltage for the CPU. Already did the base testing with manual mode, got a stable voltage (1.215v at 4.9ghz). Now I forgot how to use the offset and "additional turbo mode cpu core voltage" options. It's just a typical system, but I just forgot what to set for each option.  So, what do I need to set?
