Windows permissions help

My moms laptop is showing this error after putting the hard drive in my pc for a backup. Some folders are blocked too. Please help.

UPDATE: upon restarting, the computer blue screened with NTFS FILE SYSTEM as the error. It did this twice and then went in to disk repair mode.
