Is this temprature a problem for 24/7 use?

I just bought a MSI X58 Pro-E and a Xeon X5650 on Ebay and overclocked my Xeon X5650 to 3,8GHz (might try to reach 4GHz at some point) and the CPU temps are alright, but i just noticed that the IOH temprature of the mainboard is petty high (up to 112°C/233°F). Is this temprature alright or should I replace the thermal paste under the chipset and VRM heatsink and even add a small fan to the mainboard if it is not enough?

I just realized it uses thermal pads instead of thermal paste, so i would it be worth replacing those with new ones?

get IR thermometer and measure the heatsink + area right next to the heatsink while under Aida64 stress

If temperature is right then your VRMs are melting. Internal VRM temp is much higher than the one you measure

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
