LTO 3 tape drive backup software

So I got a SCIS LTO3 tape drive to backup my video library. What software should I use? I don't need scheduling or incremental backups. I just want to point at the source folder and the destination drive and click go.  

 

I've got the hardware up and running, and the drivers are all installed. I just need help choosing software to use with a tape drive. Ive never owned a tape drive before. I had some ZIP drives in the late 90's, closest thing I've used. That was back on XP.
