Forcing Wifi on locked screen

I am locked out of my phone without WiFi or data on. I need to turn on WiFi for my phone to automatically backup to the cloud, so I can reset my phone to factory settings. 

Is there a way of forcing WiFi to turn on in any way without unlocking the device. I'm using the Lg G4 H815
