COOLER COMPATIBLE WITH MOBO?

Is this http://store.supermicro.com/heatsink/1u-heatsink/1u-active-proprietary-cpu-cooler-snk-p0049a4.html cooler compatible with this http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110TM-ITX/ motherboard. The cooler is LGA 1155/1150/1151 support so i guess it should support the mobo. However the cooler looks squarish and i wonder if it would squash the capacitors or what not on the mobo. Else, can someone recommend me a cooler not taller than 30mm and preferably blower style. Thanks.
