PC acting strange

So I recently updated my computer to a Ryzen based build. After installing everything and updating all drivers and my bios to the latest versions I've noticed some oddities such as my cursor will skip every couple seconds and sometimes my games just crash but other times they work. Any idea on what that could be? I'm thinking maybe it's my ram but I'm not sure and don't have any extra to test with.

probably not ram because when its ram you will get a bsod saying memory management so it could be a issue with the os its self
