hello, I don't know if this is posted in the right section but I bought components from vuugo.com last night and was wondering if anyone has ever ordered off them or knows info about their service. I saw many good reviews prior to the order but this morning I decided to look into it more because it was a rather huge order, I seen an overwhelming amount of negative reviews across multiple sites (reddit, toms hardware and google reviews). a few people have talked about addition hidden fees that were put on them after they placed their order for shipping, it says their warehouse is in Ontario and I'm in british Columbia and I don't have the money to pay any extra fees and I also seen reviews say that vuugo charged them for canceling an order which I also obviously don't want to pay for. if anyone here has any information regarding this site please let me know immediately as I want to get this solved as soon as possible.

thanks.

Yea, dude, you made a bad decision. Vuugo is notorious for awful service. A lot people really dislike their service, and once they got your money, they can do a lot of terrible things. Next time, buy from some reliable places, like NCIX (Can't say Newegg since they are also notorious for awful service, some people have lost shipments from Newegg)

Yea, someone on Reddit said that his GTX 1060 was sent to Barrie, Ontario, instead of his city, most likely Toronto. Best way to fight with Newegg, keep all the information they give you, if they screw up, talk to customer support, if they screw up again, submit a complaint with the BBB. The BBB is most likely going to step in and try to assist the customer.

Hi there! If you have any questions or concerns, we're always willing to assist first and make sure were taking care of you. You can always send us an email at wecare@newegg.com and we'd be happy to hear from you!

  • 1 month later...

@gbergeron @randomperson89 @Tavogl sorry for the really late reply, I forgot the password for my adynamic account. I got my part from vuggo 4 days before the expected delivery date so everything was good but thanks for scaring the crap out of me. been more than a month since I built the pc, planning a new build with the 8700k coffe lake cpu.
