Would some recomendations

I recently started purchasing compontents for a new computer and I just realizes that my hard drive is not compatible with the motherboard they boath use SATA 6.0 gbps but I dont know if there is a problem

If they both use SATA 6gbps and assuming you have a SATA cable, I don't see why they wouldn't work unless one was broken. Could you explain a bit more, perhaps giving model numbers or what you have tried?

If your motherboard and HDD both have some kind of SATA, it will work. If the HDD's are IDE, you will most likely have issues.

 

Connecting SSD's also just works, maybe just not at the rated max speeds if they aren't the same.

SATA 6 Gb/s

 

Wtf, they are the same. What is your actual problem?
