PC won't boot.

So I was playing burnout paradise, went into the audio setting and suddenly my pc crashed.

Every time I try and boot it there is a loud fan noise and the screen is black.

I tried cleaning the graphics card, I replaced my zumax pro zp550w with an Antec 620w high current gamer but it didn't help.

My current specs are:

 

Intel i7 2600

Intel desktop board DH61WW

Gainward gtx 460 gs

Antec 620w high current gamer

Windows 7 32 bit

is the 'loud fan noise' coming from the gpu?

clear CMOS and try boot again

I tried clearing the CMOS and it didn't help. Then I tried booting with the iGPU and it did boot. So is the GPU dead?

And I use a 32 bit OS because that what the guy who built my computer installed and I'm too lazy to upgrade it.
