Question About Geocaching Tracking Bug

So I am getting a tracking bug, since I need it for a requirement for the BSA Geocaching Merit Badge. I have one problem, I don't know where to send it. Can anybody recommend a place that I should send it to? Once I get a few recommendations, I might make a poll to get my final decision.
