The one that the LTT team used to benchmark in the 7 Gamers 1 CPU video was Fraps, but you have to buy it. Of course, there could be other ways to obtain it.

Many games have benchmark mode where software calculates score for you. If ones you want to use don't have such, create your own run and use either FRAPS or some built-in fps thing to estimate average.
