Which OS and CUE version are you using?  I would go and perform all the Windows updates including the optional ones.  Once you respond back, I'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

Latest version of Windows 10 Home 64 Bit, and CUE Version 2.16.87, and I have already RMAed my mouse once because the whole mouse died sometimes, but it still does that, and I have tried switching though all my USB ports, and everything else I have works fine.

Try closing CUE, then going into your Device Manager for Windows, uninstall the Corsair Composite Virtual Input Device under Universal Serial Bus, then restart the OS.  You may need to unplug and replug the mouse after the OS loads.

Alright, I'll try that later today and see if it is a permanent fix. When I repair the install it typically lasts for about a week.

Now the buttons are just not working in general.

  • 2 weeks later...

Does the Corsair Composite Virtual Input still show up in the Device Manager, and does it show any errors?  If the device doesn't show up, try running the repair option for CUE.
