i want to buy a new monitor for my new PC 
can some one suggest a better one ? in low cost ?

You need to provide some basic information before anyone can give you reliable advice on this. What country do you live it? What you consider "low cost"? What you're going to use it for. What are the specs on your new PC?

Best Excuses:

        #1(simple) "Well, I never liked that stupid thing anyway!"

        #2(complex) "Obviously there was a flaw in the material, probably due to the inadvertent introduction of contaminants during the manufacturing process."
