hey im planning on building pc soon but my setup is all compatable except for thefact that i dont have a big enough PCI Bracket i have enough ports but the actual mounting slots i am 2 or 3 short (im using them for rgb header splitters)

Why do you need so many of those break out RGB boards? RGB connections can be used with splitters as long as the load doesn't exceed it's max rating.

These supposedly make them individually addressable and thanks for the idea I didn't quite think of that I'm doing an all out rgb setup

That card is only capable of what the motherboard is able to do so they aren't individually addressable but regular analog RGB, even with addressable type strips or setups you can daisy chain them along.
