usb wireless adapter doesn't work

Hi, I have TL-WN722N. I just built my new computer and when I plug it into the USB port it doesn't show up in device manager. I tried to plug it in other ports or use a different unit, but still nothing. On my other computer, it works fine. It shows up and I just install drivers ( I have them downloaded offline) and it works fine. 

Please, do you have any idea how can I fix this?
