Opinion On Sceptre Monitors?

Sebastian Kurpiel

Hey guys ,

I built a computer for a client recently that had 1080p sceptre monitor and the monitor/quality looked great. I'm in process of buying another display for laptop and was considering getting this one, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073DPBJ7Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=AD37JWM87S3SR&psc=1, it's 4k and for $269 I feel like it's a steal but can it actually be a decent monitor?  My follow back options are a 1440p BenQ,monitor for $349, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDM6WP2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1, and a lg 4k monitor for $317https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824025512&ignorebbr=1 . The Lg appeals to me because I code and the portrait orientation is something I always wanted to try. The BenQ seems to be a very trusted brand and it looks nice, plus it has eyecare.

So which one would you get and if you have a better one the price range of $269-$400 recommend it.

Edit:I also edit raw photos and would like to use a bigger screen.
